HI All, You're all cordially invited to attend our Bluewater area
Friday night jams, every Friday at 7pm-11pm in Port Huron, Michigan - 60
miles north of Detroit. They are being held at the First Free Methodist
Church, in the "church house" behind the main building, on 10th Ave just
south of the Bluewater Bridge to Canada. No RSVP is necessary, however you
may call ahead for additional info or directions. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE
CHURCH!! Call me, Rochelle at (810) 982-0762 or Ron at (810) 367-6084. There
is plenty of parking available and lots of room for many! Donations
appreciated, suggested $5. You may bring your own snacks if needed, and
there is a pop machine on the premises.
DIRECTIONS:
Take 1-94 East, follow signs to US-25 Lexington/Canada. You will come into
Port Huron as I-94 begins to end, and the first stop light you come to will
be Hancock. Turn Right onto Hancock. Stay on Hancock until you come to 10th
Ave: You will cross Pine Grove, the main drag of Port Huron (there is a
light there). You will then pass a gas station on your left and car
dealership on your right, a funeral home on your left, and some houses. The
next light you come to is 10th Ave. Turn right. You will notice the
Bluewater Bridge ahead, overhead. The church is only one or two blocks down
on your right. A small-ish white church with a steeple, Bluewater First Free
Methodist. The "church house" is a small light green (I think green)
building at the far end of the parking lot.
All acoustic instruments welcome. Evart Flavor. I believe there is a piano
on the premises. Bring tunes to swap, and jam the night away. If you are
